Caresses and touches are an expression of tenderness and love. Every person needs at least 8 hugs/touches during the day. Little babies feel their parents' love and care at birth directly through touch.
Scientists in recent years touches, caresses and hugs are called “legal drugs”, because during this process we release oxytocin, which is the hormone of happiness.
Touches and caresses:

- gives much needed security,
- provides support, understanding and trust,

We can receive touches and caresses during the massage. And we can give them to our loved ones by creating new joint rituals - massage the feet or back of both children and your loved one before sleep.
